40 minutes in the drive thru. I’m not sure if the wait is due to a lack of staff, but I arrived with one car in front of me. After 10 minutes of sitting behind that vehicle I waited for another 12 minutes at the intercom to place my order. I’ve been waiting for over 20 minutes at the window for my food. SKIP THE DRIVE THRU! Maybe you’ll have better luck going inside.
Stopped in for dinner at 9:35 pm when they close at 10pm. Cars behind me but no one answered the drive thru. Drove to the window and after waiting a few minutes was informed that they closed early. Why not stay open until close or at least inform customers that are waiting that you closed early? Came back the following night, 30 minutes before close and out of food again. I’m up for revising a review but not for this location. I’m done
Nice place, food was OK we had to wait quite a bit for one order, but Gordon was absolutely awesome. Really appreciate his Customer Service skills. He made up for the wait.
